Our Story
A family need became a community mission
Ready Caregivers was founded in 2018 by Natalia Powell — a cancer survivor who, during her own battle, discovered just how hard it is to find a caregiver you can truly trust during life's most vulnerable moments. What began as a small network of vetted nursing professionals in Palm Beach County has since grown into a well-established home health agency, and now a nurse registry, serving the Treasure Coast.
Today, we serve families across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties, helping families find everything from part-time companion care to 24-hour skilled nursing. Our heart remains the same as it was on day one: helping families find caregivers they can truly count on.
As a licensed Florida nurse registry, we connect families with independent, pre-screened caregivers — including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides. The caregivers work directly for you; we do not monitor, supervise, manage, or train them once placed.

We accept fewer than 1 in 5 applicants to our caregiver registry. Every nurse and aide we place undergoes a rigorous pre-screening process designed to ensure your loved one's safety and well-being. Once placed, caregivers work independently and directly for you.
