Ready Caregivers is a nurse registry licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) under Florida Statutes Chapter 400, Part VIII. Our services consist of screening, credentialing, and referring independent, self-employed caregivers — including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides — individuals, families, and facilities seeking care.

Ready Caregivers does not employ caregivers, provide care services directly, or operate as a home health agency. We serve as a registry that facilitates connections between client families and qualified independent caregivers. Any caregiver placed through our registry works directly for and is engaged by the client family, not by Ready Caregivers.

The information and resources available on our Site are provided for general informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our care coordinators. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of caregiver availability, placement, or care outcomes.

Caregivers referred through Ready Caregivers are independent, self-employed professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ready Caregivers. Ready Caregivers does not direct, control, or supervise the day-to-day care activities of any caregiver once placed with a client family.

The relationship between a client family and a caregiver is a direct, independent engagement. Ready Caregivers' role is limited to the screening, credentialing, and referral of caregivers prior to placement.

Ready Caregivers makes reasonable efforts to verify caregiver credentials, licensure, and background prior to referral. However, we do not guarantee the professional performance, conduct, qualifications, or suitability of any caregiver for any specific care situation. Families are encouraged to exercise their own judgment in evaluating and directing the caregivers they engage.

The content on this Site, including articles, blog posts, care guides, and other informational materials, is provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, and even if Ready Caregivers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because caregivers referred through Ready Caregivers are independent professionals who work directly for client families — not employees or agents of Ready Caregivers — Ready Caregivers bears no liability for the acts, omissions, conduct, or professional performance of any caregiver during or after a placement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready Caregivers, its owners, officers, staff, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including social media platforms and informational sources. These links are provided for convenience only. Ready Caregivers does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to this Site at any time for any reason — including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Ready Caregivers operates exclusively within the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

No claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ready Caregivers regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Ready Caregivers.
